So, basically I came up with the title of this post because there’s a lot of media aimed at my demographic focused on these very things. Magazines, television shows, movies, music, and websites keep us informed about the latest news about stuff we are supposed to care about. What’s funny I guess is that most people would not immediately guess that a crossdressser could be into this kind of stuff.
I’m not trying to sound judgmental but I saw something on TV the other day that caught my attention. It’s a channel that I often watch because they cover video games, movies, comic books and other geeky things that I like. Essentially it was a caller asking about how to get his girlfriend to accept his crossdressing and the hosts kind of reacted like it was something out of this world. It didn’t offend me, but it did get me thinking the kind of reaction I would likely get by most people if I were to be up front with them about my crossdressing.
I also wanted an outlet to educate and inform people who may not know that crossdressers are normal people who just happen to enjoy ladies clothing in more than one way. To most people, I appear to be a regular guy. While many people wouldn’t call me the most macho guy around, I think that most would agree that I am a manly man, and that’s great. I think that it takes a real man to wear a dress, put on some makeup and still be okay with himself in the morning.
So while I dress up like a girl sometimes, it is not my entire life. I watch sports, workout, play video games, hang out with family and friends, among many other things. Perhaps when most people think of crossdressers they picture some recluse or pervert behind closed doors obsessing about clothing, or maybe they can only picture a drag queen.
I am here to say that your brother, cousin, or best friend could be someone just like me. I love sports, video games, women and their clothing.

I prefer the garters to the games, but I hear what you’re saying, sister.
