Joanna;

I had a similar experience with spending a full day in a corset a few years ago. Even the day after. My abdomen was a bit sore, like I had overdone it at the gym. I wasn't sure what it was about until I remembered the corset from the previous day. I didn't feel like overfeeding myself.

I have found that wearing a "Tightlace" corset helped me loose weight. By putting on and lacing up before breakfast,Wearing the corset at least till bedtime. I could not eat much without the corset feeling uncomfortable.
After doing this for several months I lost weight. One disadvantage was that I needed to buy a smaller sized corset because I lot so much weight about 6 ponds a month for about 3 months. Though if I stopped wearing the corset for a period I soon put some weight on again So to loose weight this way I have had to wear the corset every day My waist line too is 5 inches smaller. Wearing the corset now and then does not reduce my weight nor does my waistline get smaller. So again the corset has to be worn very day. The weight loss does not occr wearing a girdle because it stretches too much

Yes, when all my other motivation to lose weight fails, I try to think how a pudgy gut would look terrible on a girl.

I found the cutiest summer halter top dress. When I put it on my belly would poke out so I decided to loose some weight so I could wear this one knockout dress. In one month I lost 23 pounds. I couldnt believe the result. I exercised and watched my diet and I just felt empowered to do the job.The dress fit fabulous and I felt fabulous wearing it. Ive tried to get motivated like that again but havnt found the mental combination to unlock my ambition to renew my body to that state of trimness. Dressing does bring out a certain motivation that is hard to discribe to others. Leslee

Yea, I know that when I was really in the midst of working out six times a week, running just go so easy for me. Running five miles was like nothing to me, I guess that's a big reason I lost that A-list celeb, lol :)

IMO there's something very cool about shaping up. You feel better in yourself and exercise itself seems easier to do.

25 lbs? You've just about lost the equivalent of an A list celeb :-)
