For the longest time, I’ve wanted a pair of wedges, because I think that they are so awesome looking. As soon as I saw these shoes, I knew I had to grab them, especially because they were in my size. What a pleasant surprise as they were even nicer in person.
Comfort: Due to the canvas upper, my feet feel nice and snug all around, even my toes feel good in this one. After wearing them for a couple of hours, they still felt comfortable on my feet.
Fashion: While I’m no expert, I do feel that these shoes are pretty fashionable and although I would have preferred a different color, the brown canvas in cute enough.
Fit: They fit great and I don’t find my foot slipping off of them due to the wide width.
Price & Value: At $24.99 I find these an excellent value and hope to see more of this style at Payless in the future.
Walking: I had a little trouble walking around but I think that is due to my not knowing quite how to walk in heels yet. They are certainly not as tough as pumps, but for me there is still a bit of a learning curve while walking.
Wife’s Opinion: These are really cute! Wedges are great for the summer and are one of my favorite types of shoes. You can wear them with flirty summer dresses or cute short shorts. They are great for giving your legs that lift without the extra struggles of balancing a heel. They definitely are great for people who want long accentuated legs.
The Verdict: I am really a big fan of wedges and due to the comfort and fit of these shoes I am very happy with my purchase. Although I might have preferred a different color for the canvas, brown is actually not bad. If you are at all a fan of wedges and are looking for a new pair I would most definitely recommend them.
