Wife Dreams of Dressing Husband in Lingerie

I’m currently in the middle of a two day road trip to Florida, and as such my wife and I are staying in a hotel for the night. Even though the day’s driving completely exhausted most of my energy, I fired up the laptop in order to polish off a blog entry for Monday. After about 20 minutes of futile effort, I decided to peruse some Florida news in the hopes that taking my mind off blogging for a few moments would inspire me a bit.

Well, how surprised was I to find a Dear Abby column dealing with the matter of crossdressing. The subject didn’t shock me; I just didn’t know that “Abby” was still being published. I’ve linked the entry in case you want to read it over. The first letter was from a wife who has had a burning desire to dress up her husband like a woman ever since watching a movie involving crossdressing men. Even though she hasn’t disclosed this secret wish, the wife has already purchased him his first set of lingerie!

If you’re a crossdresser, three things are most likely running through your head at this point:

  1. Where can I find a woman like that?
  2. I wonder what the lingerie looks like
  3. How is the husband going to react?

Statistics dictate that this man is probably not a crossdresser, but what is so unique about this story is the fact that it’s the wife who wants the husband to dress in sexy female underwear. It may seem like an episode straight from “The Twilight Zone”, as this is normally not the case in the world of crossdressing. Sure, I would have immediately proposed to my wife if on our first date she asked me to wear some of her lingerie, but the fact of the matter is this: We had to work together to get to this point.

We can smirk at this story because like it or not, this man will soon become (willing or not) part of our community, and for probably the first time in history a wife will utter these words to her husband:

Honey, if you love me, you’ll wear this bra and panties.

Hehe, we should only be so lucky. Though I wonder how quickly she'd change her tune if she found out that the bra and panties were no longer sufficient…

LOL, wouldn't that be something? My wife was reading this entry during our road trip today and couldn't stop laughing.

I want to know what he said when she asked him to do it and told him she already bought stuff for him.

It sounds like bliss doesn’t it……but does she know what she could be letting herself in for? Letting the genie out of the bottle, lol. I hope it wasn’t just written by a man, having fantasies…….

What happens when he agrees with her wishes, takes his clothes off exposing himself to her wearing something similar that she bought for him?!

This is fabulous. I just found out about my boyfriends a crossdresser and it really turns me on. I’m bisexual so it works out. I can’t stop thinking of costumes and clothes I want him to try on for me. He doesn’t believe me that I think it’s hot. Him going out to bars as a girl threatens me a bit so he thinks I’m just trying to keep him in control. But I love watching him feel sexy.

Indeed, what IS the name of this movie? I’ve been crossdressing for many years and still get such a thrill picking out what to dress in. My ex-wife used to dress me and make me up. We had some very interesting times with me playing her lesbian lover. She wasn’t bi, at least I think not at that time.

Definitely the exception to the rule. But we can all dream, can’t we!

I agree while it would be so awesome to be true, can it really be? I especially can so relate to this right now. I am currently going thru with my wife just finding out that I cross dress. She found out, before/while I was trying to figure out how to tell her. Needless to say it has been stressful for both of us right now.

but it is nice to hope and know that some out there like, understand it.

My ex liked the lesbian fantasy and encouraged me to dress in lingerie for sex. She didn’t know that I’d been a closet cross dresser before we were married…so that worked out fine. Until we got divorced and she outed me to pretty much everyone I knew…which was rather mortifying. Some people thought she was just being cruel…others not so sure.

So, when I got into another serious relationship I told my gf pretty much as soon as we started to get intimate. Fortunately, she was very good about…again, seems to enjoy the lesbian fantasy and role reversal. And I get to dress pretty much any time I want. Let’s just hope this marriage lasts!!!

There are several movies but most involve young boys, not men. The movies like DRESS CODE and SORORITY BOYS are excellent movies, although DRESS CODE is a little more serious then the latter. Ma vie en rose is another good movie, but you need to speak french, no sub-titles or voice overs. There are others on amazon and other sites, just look under similar movies. I am a ardent supporter of Men in Skirts. I find them quite comfortable as opposed to pants. I also believe that mothers should dress their sons in skirts, with dresses being another option. Women wear mens jeans and shirts, so guys should also wear skirts and shirts. Picture this; a man dressed in a knee length black skort/skirt with a light grey polo shirt, crew socks (white) and athletic shoes or sandals. He is modestly dressed, almost the same as if he were wearing black shorts instead of the skort or skirt.
This spring (2010) they are suppose to be bringing out a whole line of men’s and boys skirts. Skortman.com is now offering custom made men’s and boys skirts and skorts. On ebay you can right now purchase mens skirts and kilts at a reasonable amount starting at $29. There are other groups that are proposing something in men’s and boy’s dresses, but the styles I’ve seen are either to revealing or are uglier then you could imagine. I don’t think women would wear something as ugly as the men’s dresses I saw.

What a twist on this subject. Any cross dresser would be estatic to have a wife want him to dress in sexy female cloths. These women are difficult to find. I think a needle in a haystack would be easier to obtain.

It would all depend upon your approach on the subject. With all the news lately about mens skirts becoming more readily available I think the approach would be simpler. Talk to your wife, girlfriend or other about these news items. Like read up on Mark Jacobs and the other designers who are placing their mens skirts on sale through H & M Fashions. Utilikilts are also being offered, just type in utilikilkts on your toolbar. Also skortman.com is offering custom made skirts and/or skorts for men and boys.
It is a start towards for equalization of the genders. If your concerned with being seen in a skirt/skort or utilikilt, don’t be. I have worn mine out grocery shopping, to Walmart and other places. I have never received any flack from anyone. I am not gay, nor do I have any leanings in that direction. The comfort levels far exceed that of wearing pants or even the baggy shorts now available. You will find that the needle you referred to is harder to find.
