I started dressing in my wife's underwear during sex, and she was open to it at first. But, this past week, I kind of had a revelation that this was not just some kink in the bedroom and that I actually enjoyed dressing completely as a woman. Don't get me wrong. I had inklings about this before, but I think I was in denial about it.

My wife has been incredibly supportive--in fact she just did my makeup this evening, and it looks better than I have ever seen it. She even waxed my arms this week and bought me some of my own makeup to start learning the tricks of the trade.

But, I think the xdressing in the bedroom now is a turnoff for her. I can't blame her, and again, it's even caused me to realize I can enjoy it without the sexual gratification part that I used to think was the only reason I wanted to xdress. Now, I'd like to get better at it and perhaps go to some public outings and further explore my feminine side.

Jessica, I really enjoyed reading and watching everything on your site with all of the useful and interesting posts and the humor! I now realize that I am on a very long, scary (and sometimes exciting) road but one that people like you have already scoped out for some of us, and I appreciate you passing along what you have learned and opening up the dialogue for people to share!

I would insist that he gets his own clothes. If he is considerate he would never wear yours without your premission. Take him shopping or search ebay or visit the thrift stores.

My Wife used to make me go for perms in the 80s I loved it
I am now 60 thin built and nonw wearing pretty dresses and all the other clothes around the house. I also have all the makeup put on at times in spas. A lot of women like men to cross dress
My wife is one of them. I am rather small built so I CAN PASS AS A WOMEN

Hi All - read all the responses...interesting. There shouldn't be any judgments on this topic. We have found that most people have some kinks/fetishes/preferences whatever you call it. Us, happily married, him xdressed before marriage, introduced while dating. Wife more than accepted, took him wearing lingerie to buying him wigs, make-up dresses -- created a whole persona (Marissa). She's not lesbian. We keep this very private and under control (have kids, professionals, very normal family)... we do enjoy the fun and variety xdressing provides. Definitely adds some spice to the bedroom. Kisses M&J

There is nothing wrong with asking your husband to crossdress. Men ask and expect women to wear all kinds of sexy lingerie for them. The real question is if he is stong enough in his masculinity to experiment with his feminine side.

I remember the first time my wife asked to see me dressed. Of course I was a closet crossdresser and scared to death she would laugh when she saw me or worse yet leave, but she did neither.

Leslee
It would all depend upon your approach on the subject. With all the news lately about mens skirts becoming more readily available I think the approach would be simpler. Talk to your wife, girlfriend or other about these news items. Like read up on Mark Jacobs and the other designers who are placing their mens skirts on sale through H & M Fashions. Utilikilts are also being offered, just type in utilikilkts on your toolbar. Also skortman.com is offering custom made skirts and/or skorts for men and boys.
It is a start towards for equalization of the genders. If your concerned with being seen in a skirt/skort or utilikilt, don't be. I have worn mine out grocery shopping, to Walmart and other places. I have never received any flack from anyone. I am not gay, nor do I have any leanings in that direction. The comfort levels far exceed that of wearing pants or even the baggy shorts now available. You will find that the needle you referred to is harder to find.

What a twist on this subject. Any cross dresser would be estatic to have a wife want him to dress in sexy female cloths. These women are difficult to find. I think a needle in a haystack would be easier to obtain.

There are several movies but most involve young boys, not men. The movies like DRESS CODE and SORORITY BOYS are excellent movies, although DRESS CODE is a little more serious then the latter. Ma vie en rose is another good movie, but you need to speak french, no sub-titles or voice overs. There are others on amazon and other sites, just look under similar movies. I am a ardent supporter of Men in Skirts. I find them quite comfortable as opposed to pants. I also believe that mothers should dress their sons in skirts, with dresses being another option. Women wear mens jeans and shirts, so guys should also wear skirts and shirts. Picture this; a man dressed in a knee length black skort/skirt with a light grey polo shirt, crew socks (white) and athletic shoes or sandals. He is modestly dressed, almost the same as if he were wearing black shorts instead of the skort or skirt.
This spring (2010) they are suppose to be bringing out a whole line of men's and boys skirts. Skortman.com is now offering custom made men's and boys skirts and skorts. On ebay you can right now purchase mens skirts and kilts at a reasonable amount starting at $29. There are other groups that are proposing something in men's and boy's dresses, but the styles I've seen are either to revealing or are uglier then you could imagine. I don't think women would wear something as ugly as the men's dresses I saw.
