Today is Labor Day in the USA and most students and workers have the day off, which made me wonder how many of us crossdressers use this sort of break from the daily grind to get all femmed up.
My wife and I are both off today, and since she participates in my dressing, I may take advantage of this to get into girl mode. However, is this in contrast to the spirit of Labor Day? After all, the purpose of it is to honor labor by taking the day off. Yet, crossdressing in and of itself is hard work! You stretch, squeeze, apply and contort yourself to reach your desired result. It’s enough to leave even the most seasoned laborer exhausted!
National Holidays are the perfect opportunities to get dressed up, unless of course your loved ones invite you to a fun party
. I’m curious as to how you handle days off. Do you ever take advantage of time off from work or school to doll yourself up? In any case, enjoy your Labor Day

Not so much public holidays (family commitments) but in one job, I could build up extra time and take a half or full day. That was really handy when I got ‘the urge’.
Dressing up is one thing, but being able to take your time over it is quite another. Happy holidays!
Sounds very nice to build up time off from work.
Since we would have the house to ourselves, I made plans to spend the evening enfemme.
I finished my guy chores, took a hot shower, slipped on a pair of my prettiest lilac panties, the ones with the lace insert above the legs, applied some of my wife’s perfume, a little lipstick, and then slipped into the pretty violet peignoir set, the one with the lace trim and sheer jacket..
I settled in to enjoy some YouTube and did my nails; pearlescent pink for my toes, clear for my fingers.
It was a lovely, relaxing evening, seeing my pretty nails, my gorgeous negligee, and smelling my perfume.
Great job taking advantage of the free time, Karen
Hi Jessica
Over the years public holidays tend to co-incide with when the kids have been about, so in the past it has not been a good time to dress and while my partner is pretty accepting she wouldn’t be keen on having Tina around during day-time, unless briefly if I was having a day out alone.
In terms of doing things together, we have evenings in, the occasional Saturday night somewhere, and one full w/e a year away (~ thank god for Sparkle, lol).
Hugs
Tina xx
