Mainstream Crossdressing: Adam Sandler

by Jessica De Leon on October 29, 2009

Adam Sandler, star of such films as Billy Madison and Funny People, is set to crossdress in his next role. Variety is reporting that Sandler, similar to Ryan Reynolds, will headline a romantic comedy in which he will do drag. Unlike Reynolds, Adam will be actually playing a female character.

In “Jack and Jill”, produced by Happy Madison, Sandler will play both title characters, twins Jack and Jill. There aren’t any more details regarding the film, but we will be sure to keep you updated on all the happenings regarding this movie.

I’m not quite sure how Adam Sandler will look as a female nor how he will act, but I hope that it’s entertaining in a purely comedic sense and not just for the gimmick of a man in a dress. I wonder if he’s going to lose any weight and/or undergo any special training courses (walking in heels, mannerisms, etc.) for the role.

What do you think of this news? Are you a Sandler fan? If so, are you looking forward to seeing him en femme as Jill? Leave your comments below :) .

Makeup can do wonders. Hollywood makeup artists are real artists in what they can do to anyones appearance. I could use some lessons right now. When do we start?

I withhold comment until I see the evidence. (Oooo, I sounded like Perry Mason!)
