Mainstream Crossdressing: Scribblenauts

by Jessica De Leon on October 11, 2009

Scribblenauts for the Nintendo DS is one of the most imagination inspiring games that I have ever played. To put it simply, it is a type of action-puzzle game separated into levels, each of which must be completed by collecting a starite.

I bought it about a month ago and been having an absolute blast with it. To solve each stage you input words one by one, each time creating the object you type. For example, if the starite is up in a tree, you can type ‘ladder’, the game will then spawn a ladder and you can climb it to collect the starite.

The game’s dictionary consists of over 20,000 words so there are tons of different things you can use to progress through the game from animals and vehicles to weapons and clothes.

Speaking of clothes, there is a puzzle where you must dress a mannequin, which inspired me to have a little crossdressing fun with Maxwell, the game’s protagonist.

I created a couple of videos, please enjoy! :)

Cool! This is one of those games that’s gotta go on my got to get it list. It’s good to see the rise of games that really give the player to freedom to play the game the way they choose to. Little Big Planet is rather like this too, of course sack people do not appear to have a gender!

It’s a wonderful game and I’m having an absolute blast with it. While it’s not perfect it does really jog the imagination and makes me laugh and smile. Little Big Planet is next on my list, I’ve downloaded the demo and love what I’ve seen so far :) !

Maxwell seems quite delighted with your choices! No resistance whatsoever, not even for show. And running in heels–that boy is an old pro at this.

Hehe. Thanks for noticing that Leslie, I was going to add an annotation but I forgot. He runs very well in heels, hmmm maybe he’s done this before ;)

Oh my goodness! this is getting me excited! It’s an intelligent little game isn’t it. Children might come up with the most amazing solutions.
I must. have. this.
