Based on the fact its on iPlayer it's less that a week old, which makes it (based on its YouTube upload date) from the 2009/2010 series. Specifically either:
Royal Veterinary College vs. University of Manchester
or Loughborough University vs. University College London
All but the RVC qualified for the second round, and considering the team's chosen subjects they were unlikely to be from a university with veterinary in its name.

Helpfully my resources allow me some access to episodes from the second round. She's in University College London. From the link you can see they lost their first round game, but with a high enough score to make the play-offs, which they won; only to lose their second round match.

I can apparently grab them all, or give you a few choice links if you're familiar with BitTorrent. :P

The first round has a couple of playoffs of highest scoring losers which they won only to just loose in their next round match. The team had an excellent captain! There are a lot of us out here wasting our talents because of past bigotry so this was good to see one of us doing so well so publicly.

IIRC Her team were top scoring losers in the first round, and in the second round (the round I saw) were just pipped to the post - they were ahead until the questions started to come in quickfire towards the end of the show.

What surprised me was that when I searched google the next day and the topic on digitalspy that I found had such hatred and stupid comments in it...
