As promised, today I am sharing the video from my comedy show as Jessica. This took place last week and it was an all-female comic lineup. Like I said, it wasn’t my best night of comedy and the crowd was a bit rough. Still, I had fun and came away with some positives.
Pretty soon I will share some of my other stand-up comedy here, and I also plan to do more sets as Jessica so thank you for accompanying me on this journey! Check out the video after the jump.

You are unbelievable courageous and yes, very funny too! What you’re doing is so important. I am planning my first ever venture outside as Christine, and the very thought is both liberating and terrifying.

There was a time, not long ago, when I felt so inferior and depressed, and now, I am working on accepting myself for who I have been for as long as I can remember.

THAT was funny.
I think your much better suited for skit comedy than stand-up (seemed preachy, or infomercial more than comedy), but that was quite courageous. I’m sure it will get easier and better with time.
