“Real Breast” Breast Forms Review

by Jessica De Leon on January 22, 2012

Today I’m going to review a pair of breast forms that I picked up from MyRealBreast.com about a month ago. It’s hard to believe, but this is now the fourth pair of breast forms that I’ve owned.

Since I’ve had some time to use these, I have done a written and video review. Check them both out after the jump.

As I currently have two sets in my closet (a C cup and a D cup), I decided to go for the biggest size this time. This corresponds to a size D but when I wear them I need a 36DDD bra!

My first impressions of these forms: they are amazingly life-like as they are designed by a Hollywood special effects artist and they are of the highest quality.

In my video review I refer to these as “the Cadillac of breast forms” because they are top of the line items. That means that in order to get a pair, it costs a little extra than other forms out there. What sets these apart from all the other products out there is the customization possible.

When you order a set, you are given the option of choosing from six skin tones, four sizes (A-D), airbrush finishing and a vanishing edge on the membrane that helps keep the forms on your chest. Once I placed my order, I got them in a few weeks.

Like a good TG/CD product vendor should, Real Breast ships your purchase in a plain cardboard box. Each breast form is packed in its own smaller box on a plastic mold and wrapped in a thick plastic.

I chose to get the full airbrush detailing which adds freckles and other natural looks to the form. Honestly I couldn’t belive my eyes when I first saw these. The website pictures don’t really give them justice and they look so much better in person. These definitely look like they just came off of a Hollywood set.

Beyond the appearance, they feel lifelike and they have a very nice weight when wearing them. Now when it comes to wearing them, you have a few options. Because they look natural, you can choose to show cleavage (you may need to add some makeup to the area to get everything blended perfectly). You can also wear them either with a bra or without. If you choose to stick them directly on your chest, you can use the medical adhesive available from the website.

Yes, these forms are expensive, but if you want the best quality breast forms out there I highly recommend these. The only real negative, and this has nothing to do with the forms themselves, is that I wish they came with a better carrying case as I’m not a big fan of using a small cardboard box and a sheet of plastic to store them.

These are by far the nicest breast forms I’ve ever seen and I can’t really imagine anyone improving on this design. Order them here.

Did you consider the one piece version from Real Breast Forms? Have you heard any reviews of the one piece?

These look really nice, especially with the fine details, very realistic. Not for nothing, though, they seem to really over-emphasize your broader (as compared to a female) chest. I understand that they are probably fitted to go over your natural pectorals, but it just doesn’t look quite right for a feminine chest (it’s uncanny). Perhaps the one-piece form would be better. Either way, at $750, these are way out of reach (and out of reason) for all but the most serious of cross-dressers – perfect for you as a public figure, but not so much for most of the rest of us.

Still, it’s good to see you in a new video and writing again. Hope you’ll stick around for a while. :) <3 XOXO

Thanks for the review on these forms, I’ve been considering buying them. Is there any sag in these, that you could lift them up when they are attached? I haven’t found any forms that do this, all the forms I’ve checked go can bounce nicely but don’t sag like real breasts do.

The breastformstore’s are very good, and so are the GL2000 from Glamour Boutique.

Thanks again for this review of the Myrealbreasts.
